Responsibilities

This role contributes to providing the central Food and Beverage team with support in all administrative areas. Responsibilities include;

  • Maintain accurate inventory and invoice tracking
  • Support for the setup, maintenance and management improvements of Micros and Optimum systems
  • Coordination of centralized purchasing and purchasing pricing analysis to help cost management
  • Inventory Control support across geography
  • Maintain and update labour tracking tools
  • Oversee ordering, shipping and receiving activities
  • Oversight of cash handing and daily reconciliation, maintenance of cash floats
  • Coordinate hiring, training and on boarding of food and beverage Staff
  • Coordinate scheduling and Kronos for hourly staff
  • Coordinate and maintain group bookings in conjunction with the reservations team

 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • 3+ years of Food and Beverage experience
  • Extensive computer knowledge
  • Valid driver's license
  • Understanding of inventory procedures and systems
  • Micros/Optimum knowledge
  • Cash handling experience
  • Proven ability to handle training and hiring
