  • Document processing; record keeping, invoices, record filing, reports and other activities involving general office and administrative skills
  • Ensure that the flow of information is passed on internally and with other departments and organizations
  • Monitor department's performance, prepare reports for senior management, and work on projects as required
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, requisition supplies and materials for drivers, office, wash rack and Airport ER desk
  • Assist Dispatch daily to manage scheduled services
  • Respond to all TripAdvisor reviews and questions for Brewster Bus Tours page
  • Assist in coordinating training for new employees and employee development
  • Evaluate, prepare, and implement training material
  • Help to coordinate pickups and drop offs of company vehicles at various mechanic/body shops in the Calgary area
  • Participate in the Transportation Departments Health and Safety Committee
  • Maintain the Airdrie office lost and found
  • Relief ticket agent at the Calgary Airport as needed


  • Minimum of 2 years related experience
  • Knowledge of Alberta Transportation/Commercial Hours of Service Regulations an asset
  • Some post-secondary education, preferably in Hospitality and Tourism or Human Resources
  • Class 5 license required, Class 2Q an asset
  • Personal vehicle required due to location(s)
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently or on a team
  • Ability and flexibility to see multiple projects and tasks through to completion on a timely basis
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work some overtime
  • Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated cash handling skills
  • Consistent outstanding guest service skills
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environment
  • Ability to lift loads of up to 30 pounds as necessary
